What happens after you enquire
Your request includes your contact details, service area, appliance type and a description of the fault. Our team uses those details to discuss availability and the next appropriate step. Submitting the form does not guarantee an appointment until the service is confirmed.
Helpful details for a gas stove or oven
Tell us which burner or oven function is affected, whether ignition clicks and whether flames extinguish during ordinary use. Include the brand and model if visible without pulling out or opening the appliance. Avoid attempting to repair controls or supply fittings before the visit.
Helpful details for gas hot water
Tell us if the heater will not start, runs hot then cold, leaks visibly or shows an error code. Let us know whether another tap affects the shower and whether the appliance is installed outdoors or in a utility area. Do not open combustion covers to gather information.
Urgent safety concerns need a different response
If gas escape, severe sooting or suspected carbon monoxide exposure is possible, stop using the equipment, leave the affected space and contact emergency assistance from a safe location. The online service form is not monitored as an emergency dispatch system.
